Repair Raised E2 3D Printer

I'm seeking a skilled technician to address mechanical or hardware issues with my Raised E2 3D printer, specifically with the extruder and hotend.
Key problems:
- Inconsistent extrusion
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D printer repair
- Experience with Raised E2 models
- Knowledge of extruder and hotend mechanics
Please provide a detailed approach and timeline for the repair.
Printer will start printing fine then 20 minutes later the hotend clogs and stops
the filament. I have replaced hotends and I have replace the whole heads.
Does this on both the right and left printer heads. I have tried different filaments and it is
always the same issue. Live in Arkansas. would travel to neighboring states to drop it off.
