Random Case Erector for 22 Box Size

We need to design and machine to fold 22 different type of carton box, using robotic arm, vision, barcode scanner control system. each time loading empty box into the machine cabinet in unfold condition the operator need to use the scanner to inform the system so the system can open the right door according to the box type to prevent human error, a long axis X,Y machine will automatically pick the right box and check orientation using vision system, multiple of 5-10 box will be pick each time and deliver to the robotic arm, self drop to zero datum for robotic arm to pick and fold into shape with bottom tape seal and sometime top seal as well. as per the video show about the robotic arm folding idea : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p7ovMuBs-DY
