Quantity Surveyor/ Engineering Drawing

We need someone who can help us read the drawing of a project and let us know how many m2 of 21mm engineered European oak (excluding bedrooms and wet areas) are needed for this project.
Will send the drawing once you (freelancer) confirm you can do the job.
