Python-DIgSILENT PowerFactory Interface

Job ID: 38365288

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm looking for an expert to create a Python-based model interfaced with DIgSILENT PowerFactory. The end goal is to forecast transmission losses across various load scenarios including light, midday, and peak loads, using a Quasi Dynamic simulation.

The model should use the following inputs:
- Historical load data
- Weather data
- Line and network parameter data is already modeled into the existing light, midday and peak loads case files

It also requires profiles for all generator types, such as:
- Synchronous
- CSP (Concentrated Solar Power)
- Wind
- PV (Photovoltaic)
- BESS (Battery Energy Storage System)
- OCGTs (Open Cycle Gas Turbines)

The expected outcome is high accuracy in loss forecasting. Your experience with Python-based models especially DIgSILENT PowerFactory, will be a significant advantage for this project. Knowledge of energy transmission systems and their losses, as well as expertise in applying Quasi Dynamic simulation for forecasting, is highly desirable.
