Hi, we are looking for a team or business to assist to create a system that we can manage a proxy service, should be the same as the following company packetstream.io.
The requirements should be the same as what the company is offering, including a app / software to send users through peer proxy.
We should be able to manage to usage and billing (website we can build but will require to access the database to manage accounts, user credentials and used / sold data).
