Property Review Platform Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a responsive single-page web application for a property review platform. The app should have a total of 7 flows/screens:

- Landing page (featuring user reviews)
- Search page (with keyword-based property search)
- Write review page
- Manage reviews page
- Login/Sign up page
- Thank you screen

The platform should allow users to submit reviews including:
- Rating and comments
- Photos and videos
- Property features liked/disliked

Requirements:
- Frontend and backend development
- Use of Git for version control

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in building responsive single-page applications
- Strong background in both frontend and backend development
- Experience with keyword-based search functionalities
