We are seeking a highly experienced, Professional Licensed Engineer to conduct a thorough review of our rezoning package for a suburban commercial development. The review will cover all critical components including the Generalized Development Plan (GDP), grading, drainage, stormwater management, traffic impact analysis, utility layouts, and signage. The engineer will be responsible for signing and stamping all final documents prior to submission to Stafford County, Virginia USA.
The primary objective is to ensure the rezoning application is fully compliant with all applicable local codes, regulations, and best engineering practices, facilitating a smooth approval process.
