Primavera P6 Construction Schedule Update
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a baseline construction schedule built already; it has around 1000 activities, the schedule is cost & resource loaded. I will provide the update in excel (actual start, actual finish, actual cost), the monthly activities that needed to be updated (actual date & Cost) around 100 activities every month. Please note sometimes I need to provide you comments on the schedule update, so you need to fix the comments.
I need you to update the start/finish date and insert the actual cost monthly (once every month).
Plus, prepare small narrative report including some P6 PdF. I have the P6 layouts I will share with you. I have the report and layout built in already and I will share it with you.
Finally, send me XER file, and Narrative report every month. It is very important you respond and communicate quickly.
I can share sample I did last month as an example to show you, and you follow the same steps, is very straight forward/ easy.
