Pressure Switch/Sensor Tester Development -- 2

Revised; I'm seeking an experienced engineer to design a semi-automatic tester for pressure switches and sensors.

Key Requirements:
- Pressure measurements up to 500 psi (Air is test medium)
- sensors and swithes one at a time in and interchangeable manifold to be tested are max 100, 150, 200, 250, etc up to 500 psi
- Data logging capabilities
- Support for both analog and digital sensors; digital would be switch; Normally Open/closed to transition pressure. Ascending and descending on both sensor and switch types. Seeking to interface with PC or purchase HMI for interface and data logging. Open to either. I have manifolds, data logger, manual pressure regulator and transducer. Would like to be able to press start button, automatically induce pressure, increasing at a standard rate and recording at transition, and/or specific pressures, ascending and descending pressures, voltage outputs for sensors. I would need to purchase a compact-self contained air booster, and would need help with the selection. Current shop air is 110 psig. I don't have staff to assist in the construction so open to options and I need to understand what you are offering for your services in detail, including design, schematics, hardware selelection, programming, etc.

- Expertise in pressure measurement systems

- Proficient in both analog and digital sensor integration
- Strong background in engineering design and prototyping
