Task ( Data files shared in attachment) IN Draft work and Draft report I have summarized data, and it helps you to proceed quickly
Part 1 :distribution reliability assessment without capacity limitations.
This should contain calculating for set of complete load point and system reliability indices,
including EIC using customer sector damage functions. All calculations should be designed in
excel, where calculations are systematically and clearly be done and can be followed using
spread sheet

Hind for evaluation Ecost (EIC) and EENS:
For every outage event, you need to find Ecost (EIC) for each load sector separately. Then, the
summation of EICs of a load due to different outages will give the total EIC for that load.
To find a load EIC due to each outage event, use the individual outage event ‘r’ (the outage
time) to find its corresponding sector outage cost/kW, from the sector line equation that you
establish. Then multiply the cost/kW by that event failure rate and the average load on outage.

Part 2:

capacity limitations. In this part, the planning calculations for
when the loads are increased to; loads on feeder F1 by 8%, on F2 by 80%, on F3 by 15% and
on F4 by 15%. Similarly, the number of load customers on each feeder should also increase
with the same percentage, but to a rounded integer number. Again, evaluate load point and
system reliability indices, as for the next step, you will need them when you will do cost/benefit
analysis.
Now, we assume that at the end of each noted four feeders there is 5MW solar PV with average
output power of 2.454MW, for 1/3 of every day in a year. For reliability improvement, conduct
a cost benefit analysis for few alternative network reinforcement (upgrade) options to enhance
network reliability indices. Do economic appraisal among the choices you made in bringing
the system reliability performance back close to part 1. Based on the findings and analysis, then
discuss and justify your final choice.
