Power System Engineer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking a qualified candidate to perform the following tasks:
• Conduct power quality analysis, including harmonic analysis, power factor analysis, and flicker analysis.
• Conduct arc flash assessment using SKM power tool, in accordance with the latest IEEE 1584-2018 and NFPA 70E-2018 standards. The assessment will be conducted on SCAs and MCCs with a rated nominal current of 800A or greater, taking into account all energy sources such as co-gen systems, diesel generators, and solar systems. Motor load contributions for arc flash assessment will consider all loads equal to or greater than 37.5kW.
• Ensure protection system co-ordination (discrimination) and conduct load flow analysis, including load distribution and maximum demand.
The ideal candidate must have experience and expertise in conducting power quality analysis, arc flash assessment using SKM power tool, protection system co-ordination, and load flow analysis.
