Hello,

We are looking for a freelancer to design a stacked (2-core) toroidal inductor for use in a 35 kVA inverter operating at 50 kHz.
Key Specifications:
• Target inductance: 120 µH
• Peak current: 85 A
• RMS current: 50 A
• Topology: Stacked toroid (2 identical cores)
• Core type: Powdered iron (Magnetics or Micrometals preferred)
• Suggested starting point for core: Magnetics part 0077735A7
• Cores must be available to buy on Mouser or Digi-Key
• Temperature rise should be less than 40 deg C

Deliverables required:
• Final core selection (with part number and supplier availability)
• Validated DC bias check (with AL drop curve or modeling)
• Number of turns required
• Recommended wire type (Litz or solid) and copper wire diameter
• Fill factor and space utilization analysis
• Copper loss and core loss estimates
• Thermal modeling or estimated temperature rise
