Pneumatic Engineer for custom design

I am looking for a design Engineer with a detailed knowledge of Pneumatics and fluid dynamics to assist with the design of a bespoke tool. Must be familiar with solenoid valves and other fast opening valves used with compressed air. Experience with high pressure systems or tools and ballistics would be advantageous.

Desired Outputs

1. Specific Engineering advice to address my design problem

2. A lookup table and formula which may incorporate the following variables:
a. Pressure
b. Air Volume
c. Barrell Length
d. Projectile Weight
e. Valve type/ opening speed/ Kv Value
