Plugin to Integrate PFsense and UCRM to automatically Disconnect and Connect users who have outstanding bills in UCRM

We operate a PFSENSE Server Version 2.4.5 and I have a small community of 50 users who I supply internet to using different brand radios. Each radio has a static IP. We need to build a plugin which will query UISP and modify the ability of the customer to access the internet depending upon the account standing.
