Permanent Magnet DC generator full design2
Budget: ₹200 – ₹300 INR
I need a full design for a axial flux permanent magnet(N52grade magnets) generator- Coreless or PCB Type core. (AFPMG), Please See main Reference paper. Budget Inr 30,000/- (Inr 10,000/week, Bid at Inr 250/hr rate so that for 40 hours working you get Inr 10,000/-)
I have the wind speeds (2-3m/s) , desired power output (300W) and voltage (24/48V DC).
I want it design for coils ( Numbers, diameter of Cu wire, Turns, Bobbin dimensions and process of manufacturing) dimensions. Magnet dimensions and quantity, process of fixing on the stator, Stator / Rotors material, mechanical design, air gaps. I would like Maxwell Ansys design (Must) to theoretically support the proposal solution. Multiple design options for iteration of magnets type, air gap, rotational speed etc.
