I need a licensed Florida surveyor or engineer to prepare a FEMA-compliant pre/mid/post-construction Elevation Certificates for a single-family home I am about to build in Pensacola. The certificate is required specifically for the building permit process, not for insurance or resale, so accuracy and quick turnaround are important to keep the permit application on schedule.
You will receive a recent land survey in PDF formats that you can use as your base; no new survey work on the ground is expected unless you tell me it is essential. What I am looking for is the signed, sealed Elevation Certificate (latest FEMA form) that the Escambia County building department accepts, plus a digital copy for my records.
Deliverables:
