North American Small Hydropower Plant Design Engineering and Technical Drawings

I'm seeking a proficient and experienced engineer for designing and drafting the blueprints of a small, run-of-the-river hydropower plant in North America. The plant is intended to deliver a power output of more than 500KW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed engineering designs for a run-of-the-river small hydropower plant.
- Preparing and reviewing technical drawings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in designing and drafting blueprints for hydropower plants.
- Deep understanding of North American power generation regulations and standards will be a plus.
- Proven track record of designed run-of-the-river projects would be advantageous.
