NodeMCU / Server Device handling -- 2

Hi i need to create a system to control one of my devices.
Device:
- NodeMCU
- 3x Dosing Pumps
What i need:
- Flutter based Web / App to control the device
- User needs to create an account / or Login
- Than he needs to scan the QR code / or Search for devices
- The Device should be listed in his account so he can use it
As i understand, we need a server side user management System. So after a user has registered, all paired devices will be connected to this user. So each user has access only to his own devices.
From my point we can use any system. I can setup a windows or Linux server. Also Firebase can be an option for that.
If you want to use open source systems that is fine. But i dont want to pay any monthly fees or similar. Best would be if it runs on my own system.
Also there should be an option to add more devices to it later on.
So what is needed:
- Flutter based Web / App for users
- Server side user handling and device handling
- NodeMCU code for testing / Firmware
I have attached a diagram wich functions are needed for App and Firmware.
When we enter data on the plan page. This data should be stored on NodeMCU so in case internet goes off it should still work as planned before.
Due to the fact that we have no flow meter we need to calibrate each motor. So on click on calibrate, the pump should dose a predefined amount of liquid (for example 50ml). Now the user need to measure the actual amount and types in this number. Than a correction value should be sent to the device to work properly again.
