Need a cybersecurity expert to build logical model of an antivirus program

I want to develop a software application...An idea is to "design" an antivirus program. 1. Functionally define the anti-virus software keeping security as a priority. Outline where the functionality is better than off the shelve anti-virus. The result from this milestone would be a functional specification for the architects and developers to use. 2. Based on #1, architect the system with security being a focal point. This includes environment requirements, access control, authentication, security of data, etc. 3. From #2, Design the database (conceptual model & logical model) 4. Design the user interface.

The development of antivirus software would effectively deal with the various data security loopholes associated with the subscribed antivirus programs. The software will enable the organization to customize the antivirus program to serve all their data security needs. The organization will have an opportunity to create their antivirus software as they desire. It will also be easy to customize the antivirus software to fit the new changes with the technology changes in the information and technology field. The organization will access the antivirus software and make the necessary changes to improve its effectiveness at any time they want.
