Need create a brand new mechanism for spinning drums on woody item.

I am looking for a skilled individual who can create a brand new mechanism for spinning drums on a woody item. The purpose of the mechanism is to serve as a functional of spinning drums. The drums will be made of wood, and they will be stationary. The mechanism need to be from metal.
The functionality of the mechanism need to stop the hexagons drums in same face after 2-3 spins of 360 degree spin. Its similar like a slot machine in gambling industry. Expectable result need to get random combination after each spin with the hand. I have already the video of the product without mechanism.
Each side of the item is about 15 centimetres.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
