Need a Biomedical engineering based invention to Patent

I need a new invention which I can patent primarily in the medical field. But I will consider anything. The invention is entirely up to you as long as it is innovative and solves a problem. I just need to patent something to add to my resume. The invention can be simple or complex. Please bring me your ideas.
