Mechnical Engineering

I am in need of a skilled mechanical engineer to help redesign a system to include a new LCD backlight. My project will involve thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and structural analysis here to ensure everything works together for optimal efficiency and performance. I have a detailed list of requirements I want to be met, including but not limited to improvements in efficiency and reducing manufacturing costs while increasing system durability. The overall objective of the project is to redesign an existing system to incorporate a new LCD backlight. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of mechanical engineering and be able to work with different tools and materials to make sure the project meets all my specifications. As this is a fairly complex project I'm looking for someone with the best skills and the highest level of knowledge on this topic.
