The machine works efficiently, but it has never been digitally tested. We want to:
Recreate it virtually,
Simulate and test for performance,
Identify mechanical issues,
And improve the design for next-generation manufacturing.
What We Will Provide:
High-resolution photos of each machine part
Precise dimensions and details of all components
A description of how the machine operates
Field observations from real-world use
Scope of Work:
3D Modeling & Simulation
Build a digital model using tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Ansys, Simulink, MATLAB, or Python
Simulate real working conditions
Test & Analyze
Identify stress points, vibration zones, part wear, or inefficiencies
Record and present simulation results
Solution Report
Provide clear suggestions for improvements
Recommend part upgrades, design changes, or automation ideas
Ideal Freelancer Profile:
Background in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Strong in CAD + Simulation tools
Experience with industrial machinery (especially cutting or processing machines)
Ability to deliver documentation along with models
Timeline:
Phase 1 (Model + Basic Simulation): 2–3 weeks
Phase 2 (Analysis + Solution Report): ~1–2 weeks (flexible)
