Mechanic engineer needed

I need to get my car looked at due to issues with the coolant, water pump and possible engine. My mechanic has looked at it numerous times and failed to fix it so I need to see if the coolant issue would have been visible when he looked at it. Also I want a report what the issue is as two mechanics are saying different things.
