Licensed Structural engineer in Washington state to draw & stamp a 32Lx22W FT garage

Im looking for a licensed washington state engineer to draw up plans for a 32Lx22Wx12h with a 12/3 roof pitch with one 16wx10h garage door on 32L wall, another 8x8 garage door on same wall. And a standard 36in man door on opposite 32ft wall. These drawings need to be permit ready for the city of Tacoma. No windows, no electrical, no plumping. Just the structure.
