LGAP (LG air condition protocol) specification

I am seeking for LGAP (LG air condition protocol) specification because I would like to develop API with which I could make software for get/set all possible functionality on LG AC units - to be more precise to make sw which is going to bi more functional/user friendly than LG's AC Smart II device/controller. So - I am seeking only for LGAP specification (it is protocol based on RS-485 communication protocol) - or perhaps already existing API which could be used in .NET.
