Inventor and engineering drawings

I am looking for Mechanical Design Engineer highly skilled at Inventor and Engineering drawings ( datums,tolerances and reading ability from drawing) For ex: You should know which datum shows which surface or what is raughness for which surface and also Inventor skills are needed.
