Internal Traffic Impact & Microsimulation Report (3D Visualization)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking experienced professionals or firms to develop an Internal Traffic Impact and 3D Microsimulation Study , an existing gated residential community in Honduras that will include the construction of three new residential towers.
The main objective of this study is to analyze current traffic conditions, identify internal bottlenecks, evaluate circulation performance, and propose improvement measures to optimize internal mobility and traffic safety. The analysis must be conducted using traffic microsimulation software such as PTV VISSIM, Aimsun, or similar, and the results must be presented in a 3D animated format.
Scope of Work
The study must include the evaluation of three distinct scenarios:
Current scenario: Existing conditions under normal traffic flow.
Peak hour scenario: Critical conditions combining residential and school traffic, including the projected increase in vehicle demand generated by the three new towers.
Proposed scenario: Implementation of improvement measures (adjusted circulation patterns, signage, loading bays, access control, or similar).
Expected Deliverables
Internal 3D microsimulation model of the residential community.
Video animation (MP4) showing traffic flow for each scenario.
Technical report (PDF and editable format) including results, level of service, queue length, and bottleneck analysis.
Comparative analysis between scenarios (before and after improvements).
Executive summary or presentation (PowerPoint) with visual results and recommendations.
Proposal Requirements
Please include the following information in your proposal:
Examples of previous traffic microsimulation or 3D visualization projects.
Description of the methodology and software tools to be used.
Estimated timeline and cost breakdown.
Details on model calibration and validation (e.g., using provided traffic count data or video recordings).
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a strategic technical partner capable of providing a realistic, data-based visualization of internal traffic conditions to support management and design decisions within the community.
Deliverables must be clear, visually engaging, and technically sound, suitable for presentation to company management and potential investors.
