Innovative Proposal - Construction / Engineering

I need someone to help me write a proposal (4 pages) with another 4 pages of Appendices.

1 – Innovations and creativity proposal

The proposal shall be submitted showing the innovations/creativity that can offer merits/benefits in the following aspects:-

(i) Sustainable Provisions within the Depot Area (1.5 Page)

You shall propose enhancement measures/improvement works to the Works Area, including the existing Site Accommodation, Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) Site Office and storage shed that offer merits/ benefits in the following aspects:

a. energy saving

The proposed enhancement measures shall enhance natural lighting, natural ventilation and energy efficiency and reduction in energy consumption in office areas.

b. water saving

The proposed enhancement measures shall reduce water consumption via rainwater harvesting and recycling system for toilet flushing / plant watering / other site uses or any other measures

c. low carbon footprint lifestyle,

d. waste management

The proposed enhancement measures shall encourage materials reuse and recycling and promote zero-waste lifestyle.

e. green environment

The proposed enhancement measures shall make use of the green wall system of the existing office at Depot Area and any other locations within Depot Area to enhance the landscape and visual aspect.

(ii) Safety Provisions (0.5 Page)

You shall propose enhancement measures to the personal safety equipment and application of information technology, e.g. BIM, Virtual Reality, in safety training to enhance the quality of training and to better illustrate the works procedures and foreseeable risk and hazard.


2 – Productivity enhancement proposal on enhancing efficiency of planning/supervision/execution of maintenance works and other administrative works

You shall state and implement measures with the application of mobile communication and information technology.

(i) For enhancing efficiency of planning/supervision/execution of maintenance works and other administrative work. The proposal shall include, but not limited to, the following issues: (1 Page)

a) how the proposed measures facilitate site supervision and/or administrative work and/or streamline the workflow in planning/supervision/execution of maintenance works and administrative work,

e.g. 1. Request for Inspection/Survey Check Form;

2. Site Dairy/Site Record Books;

3. Site Safety Inspection Records;

4. Cleansing Inspection Checklists;

5. Labour Return Record.



b) the management and maintenance of the data storage system of the proposed measures, including but not limited to security, electronic authentication and system backup;

c) coverage of data collection, utilization and sharing; and

d) accessibility and mobility of the proposed measures.


(ii) For enhancing the effectiveness of identification and prioritizing maintenance and improvement works. The proposal shall include, but not limited to, the following issues: (1 Page)

a) resources management, e.g. tracking of number of labours and plants on site;

b) advance alert on potential risks in safety/delay in works programme/response time;

c) how the proposed measures enhance the effectiveness of identification and prioritizing maintenance and improvement works;

d) the management and maintenance of the data storage system of the proposed measures, including but not limited to security, electronic authentication and system backup;

e) coverage of data collection, utilization and sharing; and

f) accessibility and mobility of the proposed measures.
