Industrial Hygiene Proposal Development -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I am seeking a qualified professional with demonstrated experience in both Engineering and Industrial Hygiene to develop a comprehensive, technically sound Industrial Hygiene (IH) proposal. The proposal must be written to a high professional standard and suitable for submission to corporate, regulatory, and/or government clients.
The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of occupational exposure assessment, sampling methodologies (air, bulk, wipe, noise, etc.), ventilation evaluation, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Experience developing defensible IH sampling strategies, risk assessments, and technical scopes of work is essential. The final deliverable should reflect senior-level Industrial Hygiene competency (CIH-level quality), including clear objectives, methodology, QA/QC procedures, regulatory references, deliverables, schedule, and pricing structure (if required).
Qualifications Required:
Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related discipline preferred)
Industrial Hygiene experience (CIH designation or equivalent strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience preparing professional IH proposals
Strong technical writing skills
Familiarity with Canadian and/or U.S. occupational health regulations (please specify jurisdiction experience)

Fully developed Industrial Hygiene proposal document (Word format)
Structured methodology and sampling plan
Clear scope of work and technical approach
Professional formatting suitable for direct client submission
