Implementing academic paper in AIMMS

Hello, I need someone who is familiar with AIMMS in order to implement an academic paper I need to solve for an university exam (optimization). The academic paper is about minimizing the cost of electricity using an electric vehicle (vehicle to grid and vicecersa) and also a PV power plant. What I need is someone who can implement the model described in the paper and get the same results that are on the paper itself.
