Hydraulic Calc & PE Sprinkler Stamp
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Our commercial facility already has an NFPA 13 fire-sprinkler layout in place; what’s missing is the supporting hydraulic report and a Professional Engineer’s seal. I will supply the complete as-built drawings in PDF.
The scope is straightforward: run the hydraulic calculations—GPM discharge, residual pressure, hose-stream allowance—and generate a signed/sealed report suitable for AHJ review. If you prefer HASS, Hydratec, AutoSPRINK, or another recognized sprinkler-calculation package, note that in your bid; the jurisdiction simply requires that the final document carries a licensed PE stamp.
Deliverables
• PDF of the full hydraulic calculation set
• PE-sealed cover sheet referencing the NFPA 13 edition used
• Any input/output files or worksheets used in the analysis (optional but helpful for record)
Acceptance Criteria
1. All nodes, pipe sizes, and k-factors match the provided as-built.
2. Calculations demonstrate that demand, residual pressure, and hose allowance meet NFPA 13 criteria.
3. PE stamp is current and verifiable in the United States.
Turnaround within one week is ideal, but let me know if you need more time.
