I am looking for an expert in the Hostaway platform, which is used for managing multiple online booking channels such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
The ideal candidate should be highly experienced and professional in this field.
Project Details:
Currently, I manage 13 short-term rental properties listed on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and my own website through Hostaway.
I would like to connect my listings to Google Booking and other relevant platforms to improve automation and streamline operations.
The properties are already registered, and listings are synchronized between Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and the Hostaway website.
Requirements:
Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance: Help me set up and automate these processes.
Booking & Check-in Process Automation:
As soon as a reservation is made in Hostaway, an automatic welcome message should be sent to the guest.
The guest should then receive a request to complete an online check-in, where they will be required to upload a copy of their ID (as per Romanian law).
The guest must then sign a digital rental agreement and send it back. The booking should only be confirmed once these steps are completed.
Once the online check-in is completed, the system should automatically send access details to the guest.
After the stay, the guest should receive an automatic thank-you message, along with an apology in case of any inconvenience and a request for a review to help improve our service.
Automated Invoicing:
Once the online check-in is completed and all details are stored, an invoice should be automatically generated.
Create a custom invoice template that includes detailed booking information, making it easier for accounting purposes.
Staff Accounts & Task Management:
Create separate accounts for employees, managers, and cleaning staff.
Cleaning staff should receive daily notifications with the rooms they need to clean and their specific tasks.
Website Setup & Integration:
Connect the Hostaway-provided website with my custom domain.
