Help improving/fixing my Vensim model (Basic modeling)

My vensim model is about the relationship between e-cigarettes and the waste it produces. The goal of my project is to add variables or policies to help reduce waste. It is quite a simple model and it is not quite complicated but I am lacking in my skills when it comes to Vensim.
