I require a heat load calculation (heat loss and heat gain) for the attached drawings.

Please submit the calculation in the same format as shown on the attached PDF example.

Notes from the spec:
- Heat gain calculations both for individual zones and overall.
- Heat loss calculations not for individual zones and overall.
- The heat gain and heat loss calculations shall be completed using CIBSE AM11 software based on design criteria.

External Temperature:
- Summer: 30°C db/20°C wb
- Winter: -4°C db / 100% Sat

External Condenser Temperature:
- Summer: 35°C
- Winter: -8°C

Internal Temperature:
- Office Winter: 21°C
- Office Summer: 23°C
- Toilets & Showers: 21°C Heating Only
- Reception/Circulation: 18°C Heating Only
Calculations to be undertaken using Dry Resultant/Operative temperatures.

Equipment Gains:
- Occupancy - 1 person per 8m2.
- Lighting - 6 W/m2.
- Equipment - 23W/m2 on office floor plate.

Thermal Transmittance Values (U Values)
- Walls - 0.45 w/m2k
- Roof - 0.45 w/m2k
- Glazing - 3.3 w/m2k (glazing and frame)

Infiltration Rates:
- Infiltration: Summer 1 air changes per hour.
- Infiltration: Winter 1 air changes per hour.

Ventilation Rates:
- Offices: 1 ac/hr (Natural Ventilation)
- Kitchenette - 60l/s
- Toilets - 6 ac/hr extract
- Shower Cubicles - 20 ac/hr extract.
