IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. HVAC System Repair and Maintenance: Freelancers with a strong background in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems would be preferred.
2. Cooling System Expertise: Given my current issue of inefficient cooling, freelancers should possess deep expertise in tackling cooling-related issues.
