Gerber and firmware verification for GPS/GNSS tracker

I need and electronic engineer with experience in pcb and firmware experience. I have already developed and tested our pcb and now require to proceed to mass production.
We require an engineer who can overview the work done, filter, select and choose the Gerber and code burning files for our factory.
We also need the person to talk to the factory and coordinate the pcb assembly.
Our supplier, provided several versions and now we need to validate the best one to use.
