I'm seeking an experienced professional in gas chromatography to develop a method for analyzing liquid samples of rectified spirit, ENA, and ethanol using a Thermo Scientific Trace 1110 with a Crom Card.
The analysis should identify various substances and impurities including but not limited to ethyl acetate, methanol, sulphur, and n-propanol, with a sensitivity of parts per million (ppm).
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with gas chromatography and the Thermo Scientific Trace 1110
- Proven track record of developing methods for substance analysis
- Ability to detect and identify a wide range of impurities
- Understanding of the sensitivity requirements of parts per million (ppm)
