Florida Residential Structural Assessment
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer who can perform and officially stamp a structural assessment for an existing single-family residence. The county permitting office will only accept a report that carries an authentic FL PE seal, so your credentials must be current and verifiable on the state board website.
Scope
• Review all available information on the home—photos, material specs, and previous inspection notes are ready for you the moment we start.
• Conduct the structural evaluation (remote first is fine if you can work from detailed photos and measurements; if an on-site visit is ultimately required we can coordinate).
• Produce a concise, permit-ready report stamped with your Florida PE seal. Calculations or sketches you rely on should be included as appendices.
Acceptance Criteria
– Signed and sealed PDF report suitable for county submission
– Clear statements of structural adequacy or required remediation
– Turnaround time agreed upfront (ideally within two weeks)
If you are a Florida PE with residential assessment experience, please detail similar jobs you have recently stamped and confirm your availability.
