Flood Damage Assessment Specialist Needed

I need a one-time evaluation and written assessment of flood damage and necessary repairs/replacement of HVAC unit, metal ducting, and hot water heater after a catastrophic flood in CT. Insurance coverage is being denied.

The evaluator must have either/both HVAC certification and engineering license.

The assessment must cover:
- Structural integrity
- Contamination and corrosion levels
- Knowledge of industry best practices and
- CT legal/regulatory standards for gas appliances

The written assessment must include:
- Recommended repairs/replacements
- Compliance with industry best practices and CT regulations

Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive HVAC and engineering background
- Familiarity with CT regulations
- Experience in flood damage evaluation
