- Experience in conducting fire risk assessments for residential and commercial properties
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards globally
- Ability to identify potential fire hazards and recommend solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in conducting assessments
- Familiarity with fire investigation techniques would be a plus
