Finite State Machine with Datapath - GCD Calculator

Job ID: 33284002

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

from the truth table provided, Draw a block diagram showing the memory organization, all address and data connections, required flipflops, and any other needed logic. Use software such as Logisim to draw your design.
One Subtractor Datapath; The original GCD datapath has two separate subtractors. Redesign the datapath using one subtractor. Redraw your datapath showing the modification and all required changes. You may need to define different status signals. Call this design as “OneSubGCD” datapath.
For the OneSubGCD; draw an optimized ASMD chart. You must follow the drawing convention that we discussed in class. The chart should show all RTL operations performed in the datapath, and the status of all needed outputs. Consider this as a Mealy Machine. There should be no redundant states.
Use the optimized OneSubGCD chart to obtain the truth table.
Implement the optimized OneSubGCD using D-flipflops and external combinational logic. Draw your design using software such as Logisim or others.
