Finite Element Analysis of a nonlinear helicoidal spring

Hello, I need to simulate a compression test for a compression spring. The output would be a graph force-displacement. The spring has a nonlinear geometry (the coil pitch varies trough its length). I provide with the .step file of the spring with supports. See attached file.
