FEA Analysis for a steel anchor channel cast in concrete (model is done) -- 2

I need to simulate some numerical results for a scientific article.

I have two options of cast-in channels that need to be subjected to a tension force that simulates pull-out from concrete. After that I will need to compare results.
What is required is VM Stress and and Deflection/Displacement for each of the two, one for the steel and one for the concrete.

I have the Abaqus model built for both options, it needs a look at meshing, boundary conditions and load application.
