Expert in Circuit design, Electromagnetism

I need a power and electronics expert who specializes in digital circuits and can assist me with designing a circuit from the ground up. The project requires expertise in software programming and It just needs to be an effective circuit, and parts list. You need not design PCB etc. Just use an off the shelf waveform generator and couple to the power circuit. Its mainly about the output circuit that will provide the power required with the control (voltage) and out capability (up to 100A/phase) it is a linear synchronous motor driver, just a basic one for initial testing. We will work on a feed back circuit later on. Just for now we just want to test the arrays (which are indicated as solenoids) to see what forces we can get. The output of the wave generator is +/- 5 volts max so we need to be able to take that signal and drive the power circuit and be able to apply varying voltages to drive the solenoids (electromagnetic arrays)
It is to drive a high power linear synchronous motor prototype.. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronics, electromagnetism, and circuit design. i need someone who is ready and can start asap , to be urgently done
