European based mechanical or structural engineer | parttime or fulltime

We are looking for a multifunctional freelancer willing to support us on several different levels and functions on a full-time or part-time basis.
We are an agency that designs and produces sports facilities mainly focussed on skate sports internationally. In the first place, we are looking for a dedicated engineer (mechanical or structural) to support us with the design and engineering of such structures. But as we are a growing company, we need someone who likes to help in other segments to that he or she understands well.
Appreciated qualities are graphic design, process development, business strategy development, organizational skills, marketing skills, translations, etc.
Someone who has an affinity with the sports field is preferred, interested in growing and developing within our international organization.
We offer a remote job, which requires being in the same time zone as central Europe. We are looking for someone available full-time, can work flexible hours (occasionally evening hours/weekends), and can travel if needed.
