• Retain original layout, tables, figures, and numbered references so the files stay publication-ready.
• Compile a short glossary of recurring engineering terms to keep terminology consistent across the set.
Key requirements

• Comfortable with CAT tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar platforms to ensure terminology consistency.
• Deliver clean, proof-read files in both Word and PDF formats.
