Background
IGF Unit Modification for Temporary Desulfurization project has run for over three years, the effect is obvious, which reduces the content of hydrogen sulfide in the produced water, slows down the corrosion rate, and ensures the normal production. However, because the gas outlet pipeline has been running under the condition of high acid and high wet gas medium for a long time, the corrosion rate is fast and the wall thickness is seriously thinned, which generates a serious threat to the safe production.
