Engineering Project - Verification of Variation Orders
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have completed building two mixed used buildings.
The Contractor is billing me for additional fees in the form of variation orders. I need a contracts engineer to go through the scope of works and verify whether those additional amounts are justified, and whether the fault lies on the consultant or the Contractor. Contract, Scope of Work, and all documentations will be sent separately.
