Engineer for shrink sleeve applicator

I'm looking for an experienced engineer to help me with a shrink sleeve applicator for metal cans. They must also have knowledge of industrial machines and automation. The engineer should also possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Our machine is a Clever Machine (made in Italy). We have fitted a new sensor which senses on a bar mark rather than the traditional method of a clear gap.The machine or the new sensor has an issue not sensing the bar-mark. I have attached the manual for the new sensor. I am looking for someone to attend our site in Basingstok, England.
